One Water making a difference

Guests ordering mineral water recently will no doubt have noticed the beautiful, colourful butterfly design on the label. But it’s not just the bottle that’s a talking point – the water itself is benefiting communities in Africa who don’t have access to the clean water that we take for granted.

Founded in 2003, One Water is an ethical brand that donates 100% of its profits to clean water projects in Africa – you can read about some of these remarkable projects on One’s website. To date over £10million has been raised for this essential work, and we’re delighted to now be contributing by serving still and sparkling One Water in aqua shard.

Bottled in Wales, One Water is a British brand making it a perfect fit for a British restaurant, and the stunning labels were designed in partnership with Hawksmoor. We hope that guests will enjoy knowing that, simply by ordering something that they would anyway, they are helping a wonderful cause.
