Sharing the love this Valentine’s Day

It’s said (and who are to argue?) that ‘sharing is caring’, so to celebrate Valentine’s Day bars manager Myles Donneky and his team have created this duo of cocktails for courting couples to enjoy together.

‘The Strawberry Cheesecake Caipirinha’ with Cachaça, Ron Zacapa 23, home-made salted caramel liqueur and fresh strawberries and ‘Come Fly With Me’, Hendricks, Cinzano, Violette and Champagne are available in the bar until Saturday 15th February, while stocks last. Each couple ordering them will have their photo taken as a memento to take away, along with a little love note from us to you.

In the restaurant meanwhile couples – or anyone who likes to share! – can enjoy a beautiful heart-shaped raspberry parfait, with a long pepper ganache centre and white truffle ice-cream.

At thirty-one floors above London love will be quite literally in the air at aqua shard this Valentine’s Day – we do hope that you’ll come and share the love with us.
