Our top tips for booking your table

Many of the questions we’re most frequently asked are to do with making a reservation, so we thought it would be helpful to combine some of the answers into this ‘how to’ guide.

You can book online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via the booking engines on our Facebook page and right here on our blog. At-a-glance availability allows you to see when there are tables available, so you don’t need to check multiple dates. You’ll also find us on all major restaurant booking and listings sites, most of which have easy-to-use apps for your smartphone.

It’s worth knowing too that bookings open three months in advance on a rolling basis, so for example bookings for 1st December open on 1st September, for the 2nd on the 2nd and so on. So, if you really need a specific date – a birthday say, or anniversary – make a note in your diary to contact us three months to the day ahead to have the best chance of securing your table.

Our reservations office on 020 3011 1256 is open from 9am to 9pm daily, seven days a week; our reservations team have access to the most up-to-date availability so even if your preferred date and time aren’t available, they’re best-placed to see when the nearest table is, saving you time searching. Enquiries can also be made by email to aquashardreservations@aqua-london.com

If your chosen date is available but your preferred time isn’t, if you can be flexible about the time of day we should be able to find you a table – we’re open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from Monday to Friday, and for breakfast, brunch and dinner at weekends and bank holidays, so there are plenty of possibilities!

Finally, food’s always better with friends so why not get a small group together? Because while we do of course have tables for two and four, we also have plenty of larger booths which seat up to seven, and even a couple of tables for eight – so it can be easier to book a larger table than a small one.
