New on the menu: Tanqueray & Tonic dessert!

Gin is part of the DNA of aqua shard; distilled and shipped from Bermondsey and Southwark for centuries, the quintessentially British spirit gives our lively west-facing dining room the Gin Wing its name, and there’s a whole section of ‘Gin Inspirations’ on our cocktail list.

Now for the first time gin makes an appearance on the a la carte menu, in this stunning new ‘Tanqueray & Tonic’ dessert. Tanqueray ice-cream, tonic granita and lime meringue are layered in a glass before tonic water syrup is gently poured over concealed dry ice to create a magical mist effect.
